Recommended Parking Bay Sizes
This is a Brentwood adopted recommendation:
Parking Bay Size
- Preferred bay size for cars 5.5m x 2.9m
- Minimum bay size (only used in exceptional circumstances) 5.0m x 2.5m
The plans that have been submitted for the Fairholme Development meet neither the minimum nor the recommended parking bay size.
