Today the BRW/83/2011 application went onto the “weekly list” which is the list containing the Council Planning Department recommendations.  The recommendation is refusal.  Whilst that’s good news it is by no means a guarantee of success.  We need to wait to see if the application goes to a Committee Meeting and then see if there’s an appeal.  There is also the possibility...
